Delivery Policy
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
All local orders will include free delivery and goods will be delivered to your postal address within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation of order and proof of payment have been received. Express overnight delivery may be requested at an extra cost of R30 which will enable delivery to be made within 24 to 48 hours of receiving confirmation of order and proof of payment.
All international orders will include a delivery charge of R50 and goods will be delivered to your postal address within 5 to 10 working days after confirmation of order and proof of payment have been received. Express overnight delivery may be requested at current international courier rates as at the time of order and receipt of proof of payment.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, however we do guarantee the day of delivery. Delivery times (Monday to Friday) are between 09H00 to 17H00. Saturdays are from 09H00 to 13H00.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Terms and Conditions of Order
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.
Desert Rose Music reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse dealing with any client and canceling an order by refunding the client within 10 working days after confirmation of payment by VCS.”

Refunds/returns Policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.
The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 1 calendar day.

Desert Rose Music endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products. Your total billing amount will include the price of the product, applicable sales tax and shipping charges as stipulated under Delivery Policy.
Desert Rose Music reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT (Bank Transfer). You will then have to load Flowers Express as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products. Delivery will only take place after payment is confirmed.

The company registration documents and the site's registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.
Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards.
